Wishford Weekend 2017

Sunday 18th June 2017

All Year 6 children from the Wishford Schools have spent the weekend at a fully-funded camping trip in the grounds of the beautiful Hatherop Castle school. The children travelled by coach to Cirencester where they met other pupils from Heywood Prep, St Faith’s, St Edwards and Hatherop Castle, to begin a weekend of excitement and team building. They heard the results of the Young Business Enterprise Award and we are proud to say that the St David’s business Star Struck Productions came in the top 3 out of 20 businesses. There was a dance competition around the camp fire, a sporting ‘Quad-kids’ competition, disco and much more. Our children with Mrs Sowter, Miss O’Sullivan and Mr Hunter had an amazing time and would like to thank Hatherop Castle for looking after them so well.
