Pet Assembly!

Our traditional Year 4 Pet Assembly took place on Monday. The whole school was treated to a visit by a number of furry (or scaly!) friends. Matvey, Tilly, Charlie, Klara, River, Sarah, Michael – as well as Mrs Wright, Mrs Grainge and Mrs Skelton – enjoyed sharing stories of their pets and the fun and responsibilities that are equally intrinsic parts of being a pet owner. We learnt that it was easier for River’s dog to move to England from America than River himself and that Klara’s bearded dragon was currently shedding her skin and turns black whenever she’s scared. Could these children be a future David Attenborough? Watch this space…
