Joining St David’s

St David’s Prep is a selective school. Informal assessments and interviews for the Reception places are held in the December of the preceding academic year.

The school takes children into the Reception Class full time, at the beginning of the academic year (1st September) in which they become five.

Additional places may be available from Year 1 onwards and we are happy to accept pupils, subject to our usual criteria at any stage during KS1 or KS2.

All prospective pupils will be required to undergo a short interview and informal assessment and ideally spend some time in the classroom. We will also require a copy of their latest school report.

The assessment for entry to the Reception class in September 2019 will be held in December 2018.
